Introduction

In March of 1980, Rev. Joseph Kostelnik, Ph.D., together with his wife Barbara and two other beloved brethren incorporated Gospel Truth Ministries as a non-profit evangelistic association.

In 1987, they founded White Oak Chapel, which became the corporation's trade name and, and, later, changed the organization's type to "church". 

In November of 1990, Rev. Barbara Kostelnik bought her first horse for only $550. It was the realization of a life-long dream she had given up for the ministry, and thought would never come to pass!
